Register with Your CNIC & Vehicle Details

• Provide your CNIC and vehicle registration details (including vehicle type and engine capacity).
• The app will verify your details and determine your eligibility.

Generate Your Digital Fuel Voucher

• Once verified, the app will provide a digital voucher or QR code.
• This voucher will show your monthly fuel quota based on your vehicle type.

Visit Participating Petrol Pumps

• Show your digital voucher to the pump attendant.
• The attendant will scan your QR code or manually enter the details, and you’ll be able to receive your subsidized fuel.

Get Your Subsidized Fuel

• Motorcycle riders (70cc) and rickshaw drivers will be eligible for a maximum of 20 liters of fuel per month, at a price that is Rs 100 cheaper per liter.
• Once your quota is exhausted, you will need to wait until the next month to refill. 

Who’s Eligible for Subsidized Fuel?

Currently, only specific low‑income vehicle owners are eligible for the fuel subsidy:

70cc Motorcycles

• Only 70cc motorcycles are eligible. These riders can get 20 liters of subsidized fuel per month, at a Rs 100 discount per liter.

Rickshaws and Three‑Wheelers

• Rickshaw drivers (auto and three‑wheeler) are also eligible for the same 20 liters per month at the subsidized price.

Small cars (up to 800cc) and other vehicles are not included in the current phase of the scheme. It may be added in the future.
