Arcfox Pakistan is about to become real. Sazgar is preparing to launch the brand, adding a third Chinese automotive name alongside GWM and BAIC, with the T1 EV and T5 REEV as the first two models. At Wise Wheels, we’ve pulled together what is confirmed, what is still rumour, and how the two cars compare.

What Is Arcfox and Why Does It Matter for Pakistan?

Arcfox is BAIC Group’s premium electric vehicle brand, with sedans, SUVs, hatchbacks and MPVs in its lineup. Sazgar positions it at the higher end of the semi-premium segment among China’s 109 automotive brands, and points to technology collaborations involving Magna and Huawei. For Arcfox Pakistan, the partnership runs through Sazgar’s existing BAIC relationship, which could help with dealer and after-sales support.

When will Arcfox launch in Pakistan?

There is no official launch date yet. We have checked its revelation date which is 04 October 2026, What we know:

• Sazgar disclosed its intention to introduce Arcfox NEVs to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, without naming models, prices or a timeline.
• Samples of the T1 EV and T5 REEV were expected to arrive in around 10 days from the September 22 report. Both were originally planned for the Pakistan Auto Show 2026, but the shipment was delayed.
• Whether the cars come as CKD or CBU will depend on the new auto policy.

So a reveal or sample display in 04 October is plausible, but a retail launch with prices and bookings is not confirmed. Some listing sites show 04 October 2026 as the expected date, but treat that as an estimate.

Arcfox T1 EV in Pakistan: Specs and Range

The T1 is a subcompact electric hatchback/crossover. In Pakistan it would compete with the BYD Atto 2, MG4 EV and Dongfeng Vigo. Reported specs (not yet confirmed for the Pakistani model):

• Claimed range of up to 550 km (CLTC)
• 30–80% DC fast charging in about 21.9 minutes
• 95 kW motor with 176 Nm of torque, front-wheel drive
• 459–1,352 litres of cargo space
• 540° camera and L2 driver assistance

CLTC figures are optimistic, so expect lower real-world range.

Arcfox T5 REEV in Pakistan: Specs and Range

The T5 is a mid-size SUV that combines an electric drivetrain with a 1.5-litre petrol range extender. That means EV-style driving without charging anxiety on long trips. Reported specs:

• About 272 hp and 360 Nm of torque
• 800V fast-charging system
• 2,845 mm wheelbase, with no AWD option
• Claimed 705 km electric range

Some reports mention a combined range of 1,215 km, but this is unconfirmed, so treat it as a claim until Sazgar publishes local figures.

Arcfox T1 vs T5: Quick comparison

Choose the T1 for city driving and low running costs. Choose the T5 if you want space, power and long-distance flexibility.

Arcfox Pakistan Price: What to Expect

No Arcfox Pakistan price has been announced. Sazgar says whether the cars arrive as CKD or CBU will depend on the new auto policy, and that decision will drive the final price. For context, the T1 launched in China in 2025 at around USD 9,600, but local duties and taxes mean Pakistani pricing will be much higher.

What to watch

1. Sample arrival and public reveal, which Sazgar has hinted at for around early October.
2. Pricing, which depends on the CKD/CBU decision under the new auto policy.
3. After-sales and charging support, where Sazgar’s existing GWM and BAIC network may help.
4. Real-world range, which Pakistani reviews will test beyond the claimed figures.

Final thoughts
