The government has increased the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel in Pakistan under the revised petroleum pricing mechanism, effective August 18, 2026.

Petrol has gone up by Rs5.77 per litre, increasing from Rs325.43 to Rs331.20 per litre.

Meanwhile, the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has risen by Rs6.47 per litre, from Rs383.95 to Rs390.42 per litre.
