The government has announced a fresh increase in petroleum prices for July 31, 2026, under the daily petroleum pricing mechanism.

According to the latest notification, the price of petrol has been raised by Rs1.09 per litre, increasing from Rs335.06 to Rs336.15 per litre. Meanwhile, the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has gone up by Rs2.42 per litre, rising from Rs390.62 to Rs393.04 per litre.
